About 1:1 breathwork container

This 1:1 intimate container of breathwork is for you if:

• You don't know how to meditate or simply let go of things that don't serve you.

The breathwork session has been designed to take you on a 90 minutes journey. 

They have been specially designed to take this time to allow you the opportunity to release stress, tension, and simmer into a beautiful state of bliss, joy, and healing. The breathwork portion of the session typically takes about 30-45 minutes. 

The advantage and value of booking a one-on-one session is the individual tailored attention and opportunity for personal integration and coaching after session. My full presence sits with you during our time together and my intention is purely your greatest experience.
